I do all vocals and piano. Occassional violin if I can get it to sound good. My 'studio' consists of a Yamaha DGX-505 digital piano and a MacBook Pro running Garageband. Oh yeah, and some sort of microphone. I'm not very technical. I'm working on it.

I've never taken piano lessons, and I doubt I ever will. It just happens. I don't want to mess with that.

I never pictured myself as a musician. Funny. I was an artist, yes, a writer yes. But musician wasn't anything I'd ever pursued seriously. It was just something I did for enjoyment. Imagine that.

After a while I started recording. Sometimes it's fun to share. I started playing in public. People seem to enjoy that. I'm not too concerned either way. I just want to play.
